Learners need to complete all Group A units and any combination of units from Group B to a minimum of 7 credits to achieve this qualification. The minimum Total Qualification Time (TQT) is 460 hours, including 190 Guided Learning Hours (GLH). The Total Unit Time (TUT) is indicated below.

This unit is about constructing a coaching and mentoring policy and gaining policy acceptance throughout the organisation.
Unit 7017V1: Organisational coaching and mentoring

This unit is about initiating organisational coaching and mentoring, dealing with changes, and the provision of on-going high-level support.
Unit 7018V1: Strategic impact of coaching and mentoring

This unit is about evaluating individual, team and departmental development from coaching and mentoring, and its impact on strategic performance objectives.
Unit 7002V1: Developing performance management strategies
