TFL Education was founded in 2008, and since then we have consistently concentrated on developing a CPD framework of professionally accredited qualifications. This framework allows you to take control of your learning and create a personalised, flexible, context-specific, and sustainable career-long development programme based on internationally recognised standards and qualifications in management, leadership, coaching and mentoring.
Additionally, we have focused on creating culturally sensitive leadership development programmes for primary and secondary school students. The programmes support the explicit teaching of character qualities and leadership skills while enhancing SMSC, PSHE and Citizenship education.
