1. Introduction
This Terms of Business Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing the provision of online and face-to-face qualification courses by TFL Education. By enrolling in our courses, you (“the learner” and/or “the client”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
2. Course Enrolment
2.1 Eligibility: Enrolment is open to individuals who meet the course prerequisites as specified in our course materials for each respective course.
2.2 Registration: To enrol, learners must complete the registration form and pay the required fees. It is the responsibility of the learner to ensure that the details provided on the application form are correct and complete.
2.3 Acceptance: Enrolment is confirmed once we have received payment and sent an enrolment confirmation email.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Course Fees: Fees for each course are detailed on our website. All quoted fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. All fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.
3.2 Payment Methods: Payments can be made in Great British Pounds (GBP) via credit/debit card, BACS, or other methods specified during the enrolment process.
3.3 Refunds: All online courses are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3.4 Individual Learners: If the course is a face-to-face course booked by an individual learner, individual learner refunds are available if requested at least 14 days before the course start date, subject to a 10% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after this period.
3.5 Organisations: If the course is a face-to-face course booked by a client company / school, TFL Education make all necessary arrangements to ensure that all appropriate personnel and resources are available on the agreed project dates. If the client subsequently wishes to cancel the order / project, penalties will be imposed as follows;

Within 20 working days of the start date: 100% of the TFL Education course fee

20-30 working days of the start date: 50% of the TFL Education course fee

Over 30 working days of the start date: 25% of the TFL Education course fee
4. Course Delivery
4.1 Online Courses: Online courses are delivered through our e-learning platform and one-to-one tutor support. Access details will be provided upon enrolment.
4.2 Face-to-Face Courses: Face-to-face courses are conducted at our designated training centres or at the client’s premises. Locations and schedules will be communicated in advance.
4.3 Materials: Course materials will be provided in digital format for online courses and in print or digital format for face-to-face courses.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
5.1 Cancellation by TFL Education: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule face-to-face courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, learners and/or client organisations will be offered a full refund or the option to enrol in a rescheduled course and/or reschedule a course.
5.2 Cancellation by Client Organisation: Termination of the contract at any point after commencement will result in the client organisation’s liability of 100% of the TFL Education fee. This liability will be invoked in the absence of any default by TFL Education giving rise to a right of termination by the client organisation.
6. Liability
6.1 Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claims arising out of the provision of our courses shall be limited to the amount of the course fees paid by the learner and/or client organisation.
6.2 Disclaimer: We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our courses. Learners are responsible for their own learning and application of course content. Qualifications validated by the Chartered Management Institute are awarded only to those registered learners whose work has been assessed and deemed satisfactory.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1 Data Collection: We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2 Data Use: Personal data will be used solely for course administration and communication purposes.
7.3 Data Security: We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.
8. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and communicated to enrolled students.
