To achieve the Award qualification, learners select one module from the series (Principles of Management and Leadership OR Managing a Team to Achieve Results) and complete it in full. The delivery model includes an online learning module, followed by a structured written assignment, with dedicated one-to-one tutor and coach support to ensure student success. For schools looking to offer this qualification to groups of students, we also provide a one-day, face-to-face workshop to enhance the learning experience.
