Routes to Chartered Manager

As a Chartered Manager Assessment Centre, we are dedicated to supporting both individuals and organisations in achieving Chartered Manager status. We offer a personalised and supportive pathway for professionals pursuing either the Qualified Route OR the Fast-Track Route.

Qualified Route

The Process

The Qualified Route requires the completion of a structured written submission document and a telephone interview, covering your key achievements, management and leadership practice and future development plans.

Eligibility Requirements

A degree-level qualification and 3 years management experience, or 5 years without a degree.

OR

A degree-level qualification and 10 years management experience (with 3 years at strategic level), or the same management experience without a degree.

Fast-Track Route

The Process

The Fast-Track Route requires the completion of a structured application document, reflecting on how your management and leadership practice has had an impact on you, your team and organisation.

Eligibility Requirements

Successfully completed a CMI Level 5 Diploma or Extended Diploma qualification within the last 5 years, and have at least 3 years experience in a management role.

OR

Successfully completed a CMI Level 7 Certificate, Diploma or Extended Diploma qualification within the last 5 years, and have at least 3 years experience in a management role.
