The Qualified Route with TFL Education 🏆
At TFL Education, we are a Royal Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Chartered Manager Assessment Centre, and we are committed to helping individuals and organisations alike achieve Chartered Manager status. We offer a personalised, supportive pathway for professionals who want to take the Qualified Route.
There are two levels of Chartered Manager:
1. Chartered Member (CMgr MCMI): Requires a degree-level qualification and 3 years of management experience, or 5 years of management experience without a degree.
2. Chartered Fellow (CMgr FCMI): Requires a degree-level qualification and 10 years of management experience (with 3 years at a strategic level), or 10 years of management experience (with 3 years at a strategic level) without a degree.
The Qualified Route includes a written submission and a telephone interview, covering essential areas such as your achievements, leadership of people, management of change, key learning lessons, and future development plans.
