You’ll complete seven online modules focused on principles of leadership practice, forming successful teams, developing and managing individuals and teams, principles of delivering coaching and mentoring, change, culture, and innovation. Each module includes online content, real-world application, and one written assignment. You’ll be fully supported throughout by Aiden.

You’ll complete seven online modules covering principles of leadership practice, forming successful teams, developing and managing individuals and teams, principles of delivering coaching and mentoring, change, culture, and innovation. Each includes learning resources, reflection, and a written assignment (3,500–4,000 words). You’ll receive 1:1 founder support throughout.
