Qualification Reference Number: 601/0500/8

Learners need to complete all Group A units and any combination of units to a minimum of 5 credits from Group B to achieve this qualification. Learners need to complete a total of 38 credits to achieve this qualification. The minimum Total Qualification Time (TQT) is 380 hours, including 130 Guided Learning Hours (GLH). The Total Unit Time (TUT) is indicated below.

This unit is about the development of the skills and knowledge of the team leader, and the responsibilities of team welfare.

Unit 2002V1: Communicating with a team

This unit is about organising and leading a team briefing to communicate within the team.

Unit 2004V1: Controlling resources

6 credits▫️ 20 GLH ▫️ 60 TUT
This unit is about identifying, sourcing, managing and maximising resources to achieve team objectives.

Unit 2005V1: Building work relationships

5 credits ▫️ 15 GLH ▫️ 50 TUT
This unit is about understanding how to communicate and develop work relationships with the manager, team and those outside the team.

Unit 2006V1: Developing team needs

6 credits ▫️ 20 GLH▫️ 60 TUT
This unit is about inducting a new team member and identifying, planning and implementing team training.
