Programme structure
Students first complete an online learning module, followed by a structured written assignment. This innovative and unique qualification and delivery model encourages you to take ownership and responsibility of your learning journey.
Schools also have the option to book a one-day, face-to-face workshop for groups of 24 students. The workshop is available for any of the modules in the series.
The Assignment
At the end of the module, you will complete a written assignment of 2,000 to 2,500 words. Throughout this process, you will have access to one-to-one tutor and coach support.
Once you submit your assignment, it will be assessed to ensure all learning outcomes are met. Upon successful completion, you will be awarded your Level 3 Award in Principles of Management and Leadership professional qualification.
