Level 7 Leadership Coaching and Mentoring


The Level 7 Leadership Coaching and Mentoring qualification is awarded to outstanding individuals. Awarded by the Chartered Management Institute, it is recognised throughout the public and private sectors and across all management disciplines.

With a distinct focus on a values-based approach, the qualifications require you to build on your operational and strategic management and leadership skills and to focus on developing and implementing a coaching and mentoring strategy across your organisation.


Level 7 Award in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring

Qualification Reference Number: 600/9461/8

Learners need to complete any combination of units to a minimum of 6 credits. The minimum Total Qualification Time is 60 hours, including 25 Guided Learning Hours.

Level 7 Certificate in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring

Qualification Reference Number: 600/9462/X

Learners need to complete any combination of units to a minimum of 13 credits. The minimum Total Qualification Time is 130 hours, including 50 Guided Learning Hours.

Level 7 Diploma in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring

Qualification Reference Number: 601/9458/8

Learners need to complete all Group A units and any combination of units to a minimum of 7 credits from Group B to achieve this qualification. The minimum Total Qualification Time is 460 hours, including 190 Guided Learning Hours.
