Level 7 Strategic Management and Leadership CPD Course

This three-day Senior Leader course aims to support senior leaders who seek to continuously develop their department and/or pastoral teams into high-performing teams. With a distinct focus on a values-based education approach, the qualifications support the professional development of senior leaders who have the authority and personal inspiration to translate organisational strategy into effective operational and strategic performance. The qualifications require senior leaders to build on their strategic management and leadership skills and to focus on the requirements of implementing the school’s strategy.

The first CPD day covers the Award unit below and requires senior leaders to reflect on their school’s vision, strategic goals and objectives. Why do we do what we do?

The second CPD day covers the Certificate units below and requires senior leaders to focus on their personal leadership development and evaluate its effectiveness in supporting the school’s vision and values.

The third CPD day covers the Diploma units below and requires senior leaders to focus on improving practice by developing, implementing, and evaluating research-focused projects that support the school’s vision and values.

These context specific management and leadership development days encourage participants to tie ideas to action to create real impact within your school.

During the respective days participants will be issued with the unit assignment briefs and best practice guidelines and have the opportunity to talk through the assignment requirements with one-to-one support and guidance from a Chartered Manager Advisor and Assessor.
