Level 5 Management and Leadership CPD Course
This online learning/coaching Middle Leader course aims to support the development of management and leadership skills, which can be used to provide leadership impact in the workplace. The management and leadership skills can immediately be implemented to lead and manage individuals and teams to deliver aims and objectives in line with the organisation’s vision and values.
The first stage of the qualification process requires middle leaders to reflect on their organisation’s vision, strategic goals and objectives. Why do we do what we do?
The second stage of the qualification process requires middle leaders to focus on their personal leadership development and evaluate its effectiveness in delivering day to day results and driving best practice to support the organisation’s vision and values.
The third stage of the qualification process requires middle leaders to focus on improving practice by developing, implementing, and evaluating research-focused projects that support the organisation’s vision and values.
This context specific management and leadership development framework encourages participants to tie ideas to action to create real impact within your organisation.
At each stage of the process participants will be issued with the respective unit assignment briefs and best practice guidelines and have the opportunity to talk through the assignment requirements with one-to-one support and guidance from a Chartered Manager Advisor and Assessor.
